Vegane Detox Smoothies à la Sisi and Joe

Here we compiled recipes for our most favourite vegan smoothies:

Green Love à la Sisi and Joe

You need:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 3 hands full of leaf spinach
  • 2 tbsp. of ground flaxseed
  • 1 apple (pitted and cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 mango (cut into pieces)
  • depending on your taste: some seedless grapes

At first you blend spinach and water until it all has a fine consistency. Then put in the rest. Again blend – done! If you need it, you can sweeten it as much as you want. We recommend using agave syrup. Now: enjoy 😉


Joes’s Pineapple

You need:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 2-3 hands full of leaf spinach
  • 12 tbsp. of ground flaxseed
  • 1 peach (cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 pineapple (cut into pieces)

Again at first blend water and spinach. When your mix has a juicy and fine consistency, you can add the rest and blend again. Aaaaand done! Except you want to sweeten your drink with a little bit of agave syrup

Sisi’s sweet avocado

You need:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1-2 hands full of spinach or lamb’s lettuce (as you like it)
  • 2 sweet pears (pitted and cut into pieces)
  • the juice of one squeezed orange

Again very important: At first finely mix the green leaves with the liquid (therefore the orange juice). Then again add the rest. You can also add some lemon juice or agave syrup to enhance the taste. Have fun blending and enjoying your drink!
